Robyn Allam-Pacey is an experienced counsellor, mental health practitioner, and Director of the Holistic Family Centre. With more than 20 years of nursing experience, including extensive work in acute and community mental health, Robyn brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, compassion, and lived understanding to every client she supports.
After completing her Diploma of Counselling, Robyn transitioned into counselling, where she has spent many years helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. Her unique background combines evidence based therapeutic practice with a deep understanding of emotional healing, trauma recovery, and personal growth.
Throughout her career, Robyn has worked with people experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and emotional distress. Her years working in both acute inpatient mental health and community mental health services have provided her with extensive experience supporting people through complex and challenging circumstances.
Robyn has a particular passion for Inner Child Healing, believing that many of our present-day struggles are rooted in unresolved experiences from early life. She provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore these experiences, develop self-awareness, build self-compassion, and create lasting emotional change.
As Director of the Holistic Family Centre, Robyn is committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where individuals and families feel heard, supported, and empowered. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and personalised, recognising that every person's healing journey is unique.
Robyn's mission is simple: to help people move beyond surviving and begin truly thriving by developing resilience, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful connections with themselves and others.

Individual Counselling Session (60 minutes): $130
Couples Counselling Session (60 minutes): $130
